What Underfoot is
A research tool that gathers public records about a property in King and Snohomish County, Washington, and shows each one with its source and the date we retrieved it.
What it is not
- It is not an appraisal, home inspection, survey, title search, geotechnical evaluation or professional assessment of any kind.
- It is not legal, financial, real-estate or investment advice, and it never tells you whether to buy or what to offer.
- Underfoot is not a real-estate brokerage and has no stake in whether you buy.
Accuracy
Public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and data services sometimes fail — when a source can't be reached the report says so. Verify anything that matters with the source shown and with a licensed professional before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Underfoot to harass anyone, to discriminate in housing, or to run automated bulk queries that burden the public services it relies on.
Liability
Underfoot is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Zestworks is not liable for decisions made using it.
